Quality Assurance
Rockfield Technologies Australia's quality policy ensures continual and profitable growth through the provision of accurate and quality assured engineering products and services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients. The quality policy focuses on the adoption of a Quality System comprised of quality assurance procedures, work instructions and statutory guidelines. The Quality System ensures reliability and competence in the provision of our engineering consulting services.
To achieve and maintain the required level of quality assurance, a Quality Manager is appointed by the company Directors to maintain the quality system and to effectively train personnel in the application of the associated quality assurance procedures. All staff members share the responsibility of identifying possible improvements to the Quality System, and recording these instances such that proactive developments can be made.
A review of the Quality System is conducted bi-annually by the Quality Manager to implement developments and ensure that the issue of documentation is current. The company's resources are also continually reviewed to ensure that adequate staff, equipment and materials are available to meet client requirements. The RTA quality system ensures a workplace that promotes responsibility, professional development and job satisfaction.
